As in painting, composition and light are the critical for photography. Capturing the moment, the light, angles, intimacy, essence, energy, chaos, urban, purposeful city, carefree beach, lazy sight-seers, mystical nature, furious water, delicate nature, is associative. Taking a sample that implies the whole, adds to the interest – leaving something to be worked out by the viewer.
